Terms & Conditions 477duit – Complete Platform User Guide

1. Account & Membership

Use of the 477duit platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. 477duit reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 477duit platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required under your local laws. 477duit reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with 477duit. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information up to date whenever changes occur. 477duit is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated information.

The KYC process may require a copy of your identification card, a utility bill as proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 477duit reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including any pending withdrawals. For closures not arising from a violation, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all necessary investigations are complete.
